Puebla as a town was...

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Room was smaller than expected and bed was also small and not overly comfortable.

Disappointing

Liked: Handy location, friendly staff
Disliked: Dirty bedroom and bathroom (hair, dust... I kindly complained and asked for a clean-up immediately upon arrival, but it didn't happen), very noisy , hot with just a fan, doesn't look like the pictures

Liked: The staff was friendly and nice.
Disliked: The room is had is not the same/ not the kind of design, it was a very old school design. I was disappointed about that.
