Liked: The location of the hotel was perfect close to all turist attractions. The stuff is really helpful and kind
Disliked: There was only one small issue, the shower curtain is too small The water from the shower runs onto the floor where there is no drain.

Liked: The location was great right next to the main sites. The own garage was a huge plus. Also the breakfast was good.
Disliked: The hotel was unfortunately only a shadow of its former glory. You could sense the former style, but it was heavily worn down. Also our room was surprisingly small and we had move the bed to open our suitcases.

Liked: The location of the Hotel is great, just 5 minutes walking from the Two Towers and the main square, in the old town. Some of the rooms were quite spacious. The builidng is a gorgeous old palace
Disliked: Some of the rooms were too tiny and some didn't have air conditioning (be sure to properly check the ammenities of each individual room when booking). Hotel could undergo some renovations

Disliked: Air conditioning poor. Faulty fire alarm caused evacuation at 5.15 am and three times the following afternoon - NO checks on whether all guests had safely evacuated. Management advice was not to worry as it was a technical fault and basically suggesting that we ignore it.

Disliked: Some of our group didn’t have air con in their rooms. The shower situation in some rooms was strange.
