A brief stay in Bologna

Liked: The foyer area was large and offered a place for people to relax. One staff member was very helpful and tried to attend to my needs. I had expected more from my room as it was quite small and dated in its aspect. There was a good choice of food for breakfast.
Disliked: The bathroom was very small and there wasn't a lot of space to place bathroom items. The room was right next to the movie theatre and very noisy up until about 11pm (thankfully) I was unable to change the television channel.

Liked: Location only. Some of the staff were very nice (the lady and a man when we were checking out on the 18th of April)
Disliked: First of all, the room we got was not matching the pictures we saw when booking the room. Like not even close, way smaller and creepier.Everything is old-fashioned in a bad way. Very old and uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. No water/kettle/cups/fridge in the room even though the hotel is stated as 3-star hotel. No duvet, it was cold at night. Old carpets that stink of cigarettes are everywhere.We booked a room with city view, however in reality it was with a view of trash bins.In general, the hotel is like from creepy old movies.
