Liked: We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but the location was ideal for local businesses to serve breakfast, which we much enjoyed.The location was very good for all tourist interests.Staff were friendly and helpful when asked for advice.
Disliked: A little jug of fresh milk inside the fridge for tea or coffee would have been excellent.The beef restaurant was not open for business which was disappointing.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay. We were able to check-in early and the room was large n spacious. It had separate shower area and bath tub.. something I never see :)Comfortable large bed. Close to bus stop n train, and the old church.

Can only recommend

Liked: Service excellenct. Really polite employees Nothing felt off
Disliked: Shower in our room lacked pressure Could use microwave in our room. There is definitely space for it

Disliked: Waiting so much longer for the elevator

Exceptional

Liked: Right across from the location is the Berlin Zoo, which was the main reason for our visit. There are also many great restaurants in the area.We had a leak from the AC that posed a fire hazard. We reported it as a safety concern and were told someone would come to fix it. Eventually, they changed our room to a smaller but newer one, which was a nice gesture. However, not a big deal, but the experience could have been better if they had offered to change the room from the start.
Disliked: There is no parking at the location. There are a few options nearby, but if you have a lot of luggage, it can be frustrating.
