Excellent staff and location

Liked: Super convenient location with very friendly staff! They were so helpful with our rush to drop off our luggage to make a timed ticket after flight delays, and all the staff were helpful throughout our stay. The location is great for getting around Paris and we found the room to be quiet at night. The air conditioner worked excellently and was very appreciated!
Disliked: Nothing!

A really enjoyable and memorable...

Liked: It was a very convenient location. It was really clean and tidy. The staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. They made us feel very comfortable and welcome. I would definitely stay there again. Great value for money too.

Excellent place to stay, would...

Liked: Great location right by major tube station, excellent local Restaurent recommended by staff, very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: We should have mentioned the rather uncomfortable mattress protector which rustled and developed hard folds during the night.

Liked: Staff was incredibly nice and friendly, ready to help with anything. The room was exceptionally clean, beds were super comfortable, the location was perfect.

Liked: The men on reception gave excellent service, helping my with the metro and taxi. Thank you.The location was good in that it was central to a lot of places in inner Paris.
Disliked: It was noisy with protests and sirens nearby.
