Great place to visit Rome...

Liked: We had a superior family room and it was exceptional, very spacious 2 rooms with a small corridor and relatively large bathroom. The staff was perfect, very chidren-friendly. The parking is located directly at the back of the hotel: not really big but it was ok for us to park even with our big car. The breakfasts were good. Wifi worked well. Location is good, in a walking distance to Vaticano museums.
Disliked: The was an accident at night: someone wanted to enter the room and didn't respond to any attempts to communicate. But after a call to the reception, it stopped. I believe they handled it and had a situation under control.

Liked: Excellent hotel, very polite staff, excellent command of the English language.

A good option near the...

Liked: The hotel is well located in the Vatican area. There are restaurants and bars near by and also a supermarket. My room was small but comfortable and clean. Staff is attentive. Breakfast is very good, a buffet with lots of options.

Passable

Disliked: I asked the hotel not to charge me for 1 night stay due to some force majeur circumstances (my colleague arrived to the hotel 1 day later), but they rejected. This is the first time I face such non-flexible and non-client-oriented approach. Very dissapointing.

Disliked: School group were very noisy late at night in hallways
