Liked: The staff was friendly and cooperative, the breakfast and location was good.
Disliked: We would like to share some feedback that we hope will be helpful for future improvements.While we appreciated certain aspects of our visit, there were a few areas that did not meet our expectations. The room we were assigned had some issues — the toilet door did not close properly (might be it was built that way however one could see the person on bed easily from the toilet seat vice versa), maybe it's okay if you are visiting with partner but if you visit with friends/others , this will be bit uncomfortable. The air conditioning was not functioning, though a fan was provided as an alternative.Additionally, basic amenities like hand wash, coffee, and complimentary water bottle were also missing, which are generally expected as part of standard hospitality.The breakfast was good, the staff was excellently cooperative. The location is perfect as most of the places are easily walkable.Thank you for your time and hospitality :)
