infested with cockroachees

Disliked: The room was infested with cockroaches, making it impossible to stay. Despite immediately contacting the host and informing them of this appalling situation, we received no assistance or resolution. Furthermore, we were promised a refund for this dreadful experience, but to this day, we have not seen a single cent returned to us. The host we encountered at the entrance was far from accommodating and lacked basic courtesy. I don't recommend!

Liked: Free breakfast good area
Disliked: When I got there, the clerk give attitude I have a booking for 6 two adults and four children but instantly was like oh, you booked a room with two beds and six adults. We cannot have that allowed, and I proceeded to show when I booked it it clearly states two adults and four children!!!! after that everything was OK except for the room the top lock was broken a little like somebody tried to break in and they just left the screws a little loose never got repaired
