Disappointing

Disliked: The place was not clean, bad service, limited facilities and pricing wise would not recommend. Overall didn’t meet the 4 star and felt more like 3 star. Breakfast even had limited variety

Lovely modern design hotel in...

Liked: Modern, inside the old carlsberg factory. Lovely roof restaurant for breakfast. Quiet location. Lovely spa under the hotel.
Disliked: Was a short distance from transport to get into the centre.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was spacious, common areas were nice and easily accessible, the staff was very friendly
Disliked: I wish there were more vegan options for breakfast, the room smelled a bit weird sometimes

A very relaxing stay

Liked: The free wine hour and night cap is a really nice touch. The architecture is amazing and a very good location!
Disliked: Our room had tiny windows which meant that barely any day light came in. The bed was also made up of two single mattresses and duvets which wasn’t as comfy as if it were one mattress and one duvet.

Enjoyable stay in Hotel Ottilia

Liked: Excellent staff. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.Great organic breakfast with large selection of foods to choose from.The hotel is in a nice quiet residential area. Note it is located two train stops from Copenhagen Central Station. Good option for our family of 2 adults and 2 daughters.

Great design meets comfortable living

Liked: Design and comfort working well together here. Nice facilities including the first floor lounge areas.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

Liked: Great breakfast, complimentary wine and liquor hour each evening. Beds extremely comfortable. Love the neighbourhood. Close enough to the city but a local vibe. Easy access to Lime electric bikes to get around.
