Overall the stay was good...

Liked: Excellent Location ! Train station is 3 minutes walk and accessible to major attractions. The staff at reception is helpful and available 24/7 to support.
Disliked: The hotel is located adjacent to railway tracks where a train passes by every minute. Even with windows closed, you can hear loud noises which might be disturbing for some people to get a good night sleep.

Tired and no longer value...

Liked: The location is great
Disliked: I have stayed at this hotel 6+ times over the past 4 years but it has sadly become very tired. The bed sheets were ripped, scuff marks on the walls. It badly needs a refresh and more attention to detail. For the price the quality has sadly gone down hill in the last year or so and is not value for money.

Don’t go.

Liked: The GYM installation and the location.
Disliked: One of the worst experiences ever. The rooms on the railways side are impossible. We couldn’t sleep. The room was extremely tiny for 4 persons and 2 dogs. The parking it doesn’t belong to the hotel is a Qpark and the whole system is annoying and if you are not aware it you will get €100 fines from QPark! The bathroom smells disgusting and the sink was clogged. The change the front desk people almost everyday so it’s almost impossible to have a reference. The breakfast last until 9:30 but 9:15/20 the don’t refill anymore and start to wrap the whole thing. I can continue but I think you will get the idea. Beside that… it’s not cheap.

Comfortable and convenient.

Liked: Rooms were basic but comfortable and clean. Great black out curtains and comfortable beds.
Disliked: Breakfast was too expensive for what was on offer. Much cheaper to visit a nearby cafe or bakery.

We made it work, but...

Liked: The breakfast was very expensive but tasted good. We didn't buy it twice because of the priceThe location was very good..
Disliked: I didn't realize the trains were right outside our window. It was very hard to sleep.

Superb

We had a great stay...

Liked: Great location, room was everything you’d need (apart from milk for tea/coffee). Beds clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was pricey so we didn’t buy it but the supermarket across the road does coffee and pastries for a very reasonable price. You can’t have the windows open at night due to train noise so it was stuffy at night.

Liked: Clean, great shower and beds
Disliked: Train noise was a problem, as the tracks were just outside our window. The booking site did not mention this

Not for summer but OK...

Liked: The location is really great for exploring the city. The station is very close by so great for going to Bekken amusement park. There is also a grocery store across the road.
Disliked: Please be aware in summer months it's too hot and their is no way you can sleep with windows closed (no air conditioner or fans) and here is the catch as it's right next to train tracks, the train noise will not let you sleep . unfortunately, we won't be staying here in summer at least. So overall not value for money if you can't rest well in the hotel.
