Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Room was not that big, but there were all necessary things. For this money is okey. Breakfast was included, but the variety of dishes could be bigger. Scrambled eggs and sausages, some cheese and ham.

Disliked: My bed a bit small. And made a lot of noise. Small pillow. And did not had extra.

Liked: The hotel was good overall. However, our expectations were slightly higher, especially after visiting other hotels from the same chain. The rooms had few damages on the furniture and visible aging in the bathroom.The location was good, very close to the tram station, which made it easy for us to get around the city.Another positive side, the staff was very polite, helpful, and always available to answer any questions we had.
