Liked: Friendly staff.They kept our luggage before the check in and after check out for free.Spacious room.The breakfast was decent.
Disliked: Very poor value for money! The room had many issues, including:- Neglected and dirty walls in the room, and peeling paint in the bathroom (see photo)- The bathroom sink was clogged and would fill with water after just one minute of use (see photo)- The bed sheets and towels were clean, but didn’t smell fresh — more like they had been stored in a closet for a long time- The room door lock, although it used a key card, worked very poorly. We had to swipe the card multiple times before it would finally open- Very poor soundproofing — we could hear absolutely everything from the hallwayWe’ve stayed at another hotel from the same chain in Prato, which was far superior to this one! For a price of over €100 per night, we expected much better quality, especially considering the hotel is not even close to the city center.We were disappointed and do not recommend this place.
