Disliked: In tha hall and also in the room it smelled like cigarets smoke. For sure someone was smoking inside although it is forbiden

Good hotel but needs some...

Liked: Close to Charlottenberg Railway Station the hotel is in an excellent location with the SBahn being a couple of minutes walk away. the room provided was a very large, and included a separate sitting room.
Disliked: The Wi-fi did not work in the room as no signal was received. Both TV's in the beroom and sitting room also did not work.

Liked: The shower was the only nice thing also the close location to train station
Disliked: The receptionist were bad mannered, the moment we arrived l felt she had a very cold attitude l felt robbed, and the room was nothing like how they advertised it, it was dirty and Dusty, the pictures were nothing like what you get when you arrive and go into the hotel room. The TV remote was sellotaped together, also the bed lamp was flashing and one minute it's on, the next it was not working and gone out, l just feel this hotel is ripping its future Customers off, it'd not what you see. its an hostel that calls itself a hotel which is wrong, l spend time in many different hotels but this was the worst
