Pleasant hotel and delightful staff

Liked: The staff was really helpful. We had a very early flight on our check-out day and they made the process very easy, even prepared us a breakfast that they placed in our room's mini bar.Other than that the hotel is nicely furbished and conveniently located.

Super hotel - excellent location...

Liked: Good location to go into the city centre, super bedroom, comfortable bed and facilities excellent. Really friendly reception and breakfast choices good.
Disliked: Nothing that I can think of.

Disappointed by the room, tiny...

Liked: Not a great deal really. The location is ok to walk into the centre. The TV and black out curtains were good. Other than that, that's it.
Disliked: The balcony is tiny and only just enough space for one person. Request not to have a corner room if travelling as a couple/pair.This is an expensive hotel to stay at and wish I had chosen the other one I was looking at.The extra genius discount that was initially applied to my booking was not included when I paid on check out.There is not a bar in the hotel, which it states there is on booking.comThe terrace is a small ground floor area at the rear of the hotel, which backs on to the apartment.The hot tub in the ground floor terrace area can only be used by guests that have booked that apartment.The hot tub on the roof that you see in the photos is only for the apartment on the top floor, not for general use, which is disappointing.The breakfast is hardly fabulous, it is ok.Private parking consists of a few spaces outside their partner hotel on the other side of the street.
