Restful, elegant, pleasurable stay.

Liked: What an amazing hotel. Elegant & comfortable. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The location is brilliant, on top of everything yet quiet & restful. Really can’t speak highly enough of this “gem”.
Disliked: Nothing!

Great German hospitality but room...

Liked: Close to every thing we wanted to see. The staff was amazing and helpful. Really professional and knowledgeable. The breakfast was superb.
Disliked: Too small of room. The bathroom was a closet and the room very warm and it was April. We understand air conditioning is not used much in Europe but you could not have stayed in that room from June- September.

Liked: The area. The staff. Breakfast. The public area and the court. The area as far as I concern is prime location, good restaurants and coffee shops, no cars area, daily open market at the church Square.
Disliked: We stayed at the junior suite. 650 Euro per night. For the price we paid, I expected-1. A coffee machine2. At least a kettle 3.Tv was broken. As it happened on Friday, had to Waite until Monday for a new one.4.cover of the extra bed was torn.5.huge walking in dressing room. Tiny bathroom6.bath tub instead of shower. If you provide a bath tub please use glass sheet instead of an old style plastic curtain if you provide a bath tub please provide a safety grip handle. It is a must.7. Learnt that no bathroom photos at the hotel site - means problems

Exceptionally elegant hotel in the...

Liked: An exceptionally elegant hotel. Room and bathroom are on the small size. We liked that breakfast was included in the price. Above all, we don't remember such polite and helpful staff. Truly exceptional.
Disliked: The only thing that bothered me (but not wife) was the size of the bathroom and the shower.

It was not for me.
