Great Location / Friendly Staff

Liked: Kettle in the room / the balcony / near a train station and grocery stores / near the lake and Old Town.
Disliked: Room for improvement: There were two things that we didn't like that we realize are typically European, but at a nicer place like Hotel Opera, I would have expected to not see them. 1) The double bed was two twin beds pushed together so it creates a crack down the middle. 2) The shower had one of those ridiculous doors where it doesn't close down the whole length of the tub. In addition, there was a door where part of it turned in or out, but it didn't stay closed (and water got out). I suppose that nothing says "welcome to Europe" like a bottle cap at your nose, a crack down the middle of your "double" bed, or water all over the bathroom.

Decent hotel with great location

Liked: Really nice lobby. Clean. Staff were nice and location excellent. Room was small. We were in a smart room which was simple to use. Bed super comfy. Just very expensive for such a small room.
Disliked: Room small and expensive for what we got.

Disliked: The hotel is so old, the rug throughout the whole hotel and in the room is filthy, you can see all types of hairs stuck in it. Not clean at all. Right away I got an allergic reaction and felt only dust in the air. Was really unexpected based on the other reviews I thought it was a good space. Well not for me,
