Liked: Good location, clean facilities
Disliked: We had no hot water the entire time we stayed we repeatedly asked the staff to fix it and they all made a different excuse. Manager was always coming in on site “tomorrow” they were rude and did not compensate us enough for the fact we couldn’t have a warm shower for 3 days. It’s not a cheap hotel and for that much money you would expect hot water. Unexpected things happen yes, but they made no effort to fix it. I fact the staff said manager wouldn’t allow them to have a plumber come out as it was too expensive. Looking through past feedback this is not the first time this has happened. Looks like a regular occurrence.
