Liked: The staff: Miriam and Aerton went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Special thanks to Boujée. The separation of the bathroom and walk-in cupboard in the executive room. The bar!Breakfast was VERY, VERY GOOD!
Disliked: There was only cold water for our shower one morning, but it was quickly repaired.

Perfect location, clean rooms, and...

Liked: Stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed it. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes’ walk to Galeries Lafayette and metro stations. The rooms are clean and modern. I believe mine was an accessible room, though this wasn’t as I expected. What stood out was the excellent housekeeping. They came daily and made the bed perfectly every time, exactly like it was on day one. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this attention to detail is rare. The reception staff were friendly and all spoke good English. The elevator fit at least two people with two large luggage easily (rare in Paris!). BTW, don't miss their lovely rooftop.

Disliked: Just a little far from what we wanted to do but the staff was very good about getting taxis for us very promptly.
