Lovely hotel, great staff, good...

Liked: Staff were all attentive especially Jasmina.Nice fresh look.
Disliked: We were in a duplex suite which backed into the main entrance. We were woken up several times throughout the night by noise. We could also hear every time the guests next door were going up the stairs in their room.

Disliked: The photos on booking have nothing to do with a reality. Hotel in reality deserves 3 stars .We as a family booked two classic rooms.The photos are very retouched, the rooms are small and not at all welcoming. One room very small room with 3 small windows (only one that opened) and did not have proper ventilation. Old and damaged furniture and walls. The dark carpet on the floor was not at all clean and lacked proper hygiene. Toilet with tartar on the bottom and black shower seal.The rooms are not at all soundproofed. Every night we heard other people's conversations and noise.Breakfast is served in a small room. It doesn't offer many choices and products were constantly missing. I often had to notify the staff and wait until the missing items were replaced. VERY over-priced for what we paid.
