The hotel was clean and the staff was great. We will definitely stay there again.

Liked: Room was small but comfortable. Definitely make the most of what they've got. Also, they leave cookies for you nightly!
Disliked: The front desk staff wasn't exceptionally friendly. They get the job done, but it doesn't feel service is their highest priority. The rest of the staff is incredible, though.

Liked: Room was incredible - floor to ceiling windows / balcony - shower with windows overlooking city. Free wine - free upgrade - lots of great restaurants and bars on same block. Incredible area
Disliked: fitness center kinda lame - just real basic. Also lobby area kind of a strange vibe - no music playing or anything. other than that an incredible experience

Liked: There is a window in the shower with no shade. You have to call and request a screen be put up otherwise you are on display while taking a shower
Disliked: We had to ask for a privacy screen for the window in the shower, and then there was no hot water during our entire stay

Nice, comfy, clean but not...
Liked: The rooms and bed were very comfortable. Lots of closet space. Great views of the city.
Disliked: Not a lot of plug receptacles and end tables were pretty useless. Hot water went out while we were there so it was spotty for our room. To make matters worse the management notified us a day after as to "why" and offered no mitigation or compensation after 2 days of it. Other staff were good.
