The hotel was clean and the staff was great. We will definitely stay there again.

Liked: The view of The July 4th Macy's day Fireworks.
Disliked: That Upstairs Balcony can look directly into our Shower. No air circulation Vent in Bathroom. Could Not take a Bath cause the Light Fixture started to drip Moisture in the Bath Tub and feared getting Electrocuted. Bath room window was Broken. Bath room shower glass was Broken. I have all the Pictures to back my claims up. I really would like to get a Refund. Especially Spending over $300 dollars . I could have with to another Hotel for cheaper and received Free Breakfast.

Liked: Could be considered "Luxury", Sleek Modern Design, great add-ons (i.e Wine, Late/early Check out/in, ETC), Recent renovations added restaurant in the lobby + more space in lobby
Disliked: Not a real issue but, the top floor penthouse is no longer open availability to public, this was a cool spot for wine night and/or breakfast, will be missed!

Fabulous corner room with an...

Liked: Incredible corner room. Truly wonderful view and comfortable space to sit. Unexpectedly pretty! Nice linens.
Disliked: We got a room with a big tub, but the water supply would have taken 2 hours to fill. Not kidding...That was the only dissapointment...

Excellent space to relax on...

Liked: The Location was excellent, room was clean and views were beautiful. Staff were very helpful and the coffee was great. Wine hour was fantastic.
