Liked: Beautiful hotel in a well renovated old bank building. They have a bar (which is great!) inside the old bank vault. The hotel lobby and rooms are beautiful. The bed was large and comfy and they provide bath robes. There is a K-cup machine and free Cava and water waiting for you in the fridge but no creamer. You can walk to everything downtown, and there are lots of restaurants, bars, shopping opportunities, a science museum, the park along the river, etc. The parking lot fills up but there is plenty of free parking around.
Disliked: The bathroom could use an exhaust fan. Also, it would be nice if the refrigerator had a proper freezer.

I highly recommend this property.

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. It is a very attractive property that is very close cafes and restaurants. The beds and linens were quite comfortable. We appreciated having the shuttle to transport us to and from the airport.

Superb

Liked: Rooms were very large; beds very comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. The food at the restaurant (not affiliated with the hotel but in the same building) was superb! We had free parking on site.
Disliked: The decoration of the rooms was a little much: lots of silver colored fake leather... but it's just a matter of taste. They did not serve breakfast, but there was an amazing diner a block away.

Liked: Stayed multiple times. Best Hotel within at least 200 miles.

Great place to stay

Liked: We did not get breakfast at the hotel. Loved the historical aspect of the hotel - especially the vault.
Disliked: When we checked in the woman at the front desk was very standoffish and not welcoming. Every other person we interacted with was very friendly and helpful.

Liked: the historic look, the robes and champagne and found someone's keys, enjoyed drinks and dinner at the vault bar
Disliked: there was garbage left in a bag

Disliked: The bar was closed Sunday night. Didn’t know and that was one of the reasons we booked was to experience the cocktail bar.
