Liked: very happy, loved the vibe of the place

Great hotel.

Liked: There was no breakfast. This is the only complaint we have with our stay.
Disliked: Providing breakfast.

I love this hotel and...

Liked: The location downtown close to the theatre and cinema, and to some good restaurants and some shops on the main streets. the rooms large and very nice, the Hotel architecture and decoration amazing one of a kind, the cocktails at the bar: a bit expensive but so delicious. I didn't eat at the restaurant.
Disliked: the staff was very nice, smiling, and very kind. very helpful in all what is related to the hotel questions and need. but I would have appreciated a better advise or help form the staff, more specifically concierge services on what I can do in the area and some help in booking the theatre or some activities. I had the feeling that they didn't know the area very good and I needed to manage myself in regards to these aspects. it was maybe related to a new hiring or a trainee, I didn't insisted..

Wonderful, comfortable place to stay,...

Liked: Great place to stay in the middle if Pittsfield. Clean and very comfortable. Good parking area.
Disliked: A breakfast room would be a positive enhancement.
