Wonderful, comfortable place to stay,...

Liked: Great place to stay in the middle if Pittsfield. Clean and very comfortable. Good parking area.
Disliked: A breakfast room would be a positive enhancement.

Beautiful place to stay with...

Liked: What didn't we like! Hotel is beautiful, clean and perfect in every way. Beds were comfortable, lots of pillows (which I love!), magnifying mirror in the bathroom (most places do not do!), everything you need while away!
Disliked: Nothing!

A place worth experiencing

Liked: Decor, artsy retro feeling, loved the Art and lounging reading areas, especially loves the dress mannequin work of Art in the lobby. Parking was easy.

A slight miss

Liked: Location
Disliked: No one was at the desk upon check in. Rooms had crumbs on floor and chair. No robe or slippers provided like you had in your write up. Took 3 calls to front desk to get the correct controller for TV. No USB in the room

Liked: This hotel is beautifully unique. We were blown away as soon as we stepped inside. Extremely clean, very friendly staff and again, absolutely beautiful. I wish we had stayed longer.
