Nicely reburbished hotel after previous...

Liked: Good location for tube and reasonable price
Disliked: Aircon not working. Also tv not working. Reported on check in and promised someone would come out soon but still not fixed on check out

Expensive for what it was,...

Liked: The property was in a great location. Close to the tube station but also far enough away.
Disliked: I didn’t like that I booked a twin, got a double, with no TV remote and buttons not working. I booked for 1 adult and a child so kind of an expected things a child would need to work.

What we needed and got...

Liked: Location was great, you got what you paid for simply, we just needed a room for one night after a concert, and it was great for just that! Rooms are small, bed is firm, but clean!
Disliked: It is a little loud, walls are very thin, we were woken up by next doors alarm - luckily it was my parents! The rooms are very warm, but it’s advertised as you check in that the Air Con is not working!

Perfect for a short stay...

Liked: Room was clean, bathroom was nice. Great location next to Earl’s Court tube station. Food places and some bars nearby, as well as Tesco Express. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Room was a bit warm with the AC not working, but we just left window cracked during the day and used the fan provided at night.
