Superb

Liked: They store out luggage for free. There were disposable toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom.
Disliked: A little bit away from the old town - 30min by feet

Great city location, friendly, helpful...

Liked: S add l though on a busy central street our room was quiet and soundproof. Terrace was a relaxing retreat each afternoon with loungers, table and chairs, catching the afternoon sunshine. Great breakfast each day; fresh, clean and well organised. Friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: Be careful about when you go for breakfast as on first day a large school party were in and no discs in breakfast room. However a short walk to the nearby Jardins del Real made a great start to the day and on return breakfast room was ready for us.

Overall great value for money

Liked: Great location right next to the metro and tram stops. The room was cosy, clean and had all the basics. Staff was nice and they offer luggage service; we could leave our luggage in the hotel until our room was ready. In fact our room was ready about 1.5 hour before official check in which they let me know via email.
Disliked: As others pointed out in their reviews you do have to pay in advance on the hotel's website even though booking.com says "pay at the property" which was confusing. Also breakfast is overpriced for €8.50 per person, so we didn't order it. We could see the breakfast area near the entrance which seemed to be too small and thus very crowded. There are lot of cafes nearby where you can get much better quality for cheaper.

Liked: Good location right by the metro so easy to get into the city centre and to and from the airport (though be warned the metro stops relatively early considering Valencia seems quite a late night city). Comfy bed and pillows. Good sized room. Nice extras in the terrace room of water and coffee (pod machine). Nice staff. Nice terrace.
Disliked: I couldn’t find the air conditioning controls on the first night as they are really hidden.I in fact assumed there wasn’t any, as there’s also no obvious unit. Luckily my friends (who were in different shaped rooms) had found theirs so I had a real search on the second night and found it!
