Very disappointing

Liked: Helpfull chambermaid Wioleta.Nice comfortable altho tiny bed. Pillows very soft , not comfortable, no support. I travel with my own pillows fortunately.
Disliked: On arrival no luggage trolley. No help. When I asked how am I supposed to take my luggage up the receptionist told me “ there is a lift”.Dented lavabo.Mouldy tiles. Battered garbage bin.Blood (?) stained carpet. Something poking out windowsills.No fridge or ice dispomible. No kettle .
