Disliked: The general location was not very good. The surrounding area was a bit boring and not too many stuff to do

Liked: We loved everything about our stay. The staff was excellent—always available, helpful, and kind. Check-in was quick, and they gave us great recommendations about the city, along with clear explanations on how to use the ferries and explore the Amalfi Coast comfortably. The location is amazing; we were able to relax and fully enjoy our time there.

Bad

Liked: We stayed at the hotel as two couples for four nights and left with a heavy heart after the hotel’s housekeeping staff stole our perfumes—brand new, still in their duty-free packaging—from both couples’ suitcases. On the morning of our departure, the issue was "investigated" and we received a response within 3 minutes—an automatic, dismissive reply. The hotel’s reaction was to suggest we go to the police, with a tone of contempt, as if we were merely seeking compensation.I wouldn’t even mention it if that were the only issue, but the rooms were never properly cleaned—only superficially tidied up. We called the housekeeping staff several times for proper cleaning and replenishments, and still nothing was done.What was most disappointing, however, was the correspondence with the hotel’s general manager, who denied everything and even hinted—again—that we were just looking for compensation. Shame on the hotel, its management, and some of its staff.Of course, we didn’t go to the police, not wanting to waste more of our precious vacation time. The general manager and the housekeeping staff know this, and they are counting on it.Disgusting

Liked: Rooms are nice. Access to beach and pool. Free parking.
Disliked: The staff in the restaurant as not overly friendly. The pool should be open later for those who arrive in the evening.

Nice hotel shame about the...

Liked: It’s was a perfect location for easy access to the Salerno Amalfi airport. The pool was beautiful and clean and the pool bar was In keeping with the style of the hotel well managed and kept clean and tidy
Disliked: We arrived a little early so the room was not ready, the receptionist took the cases and a coat into storage then later house keeping took these to the room however the coat did not make it and due to a shift change the receptionist did not know all the details. What was upsetting was the way they responded to our query there seemed a total lack urgency in finding the jacket and we had to keep on asking questions to get a response fortunately a house keeper found the jacket in the hotel cleaning store room but by this time the edge off was taken off what could have been a good stay. The staff in general didn’t seem to be people friendly I know there was language barriers but a smile wouldn’t have gone amiss

Liked: Reception was great. They even moved us to a room with a balcony when we'd booked one without.Quiet, clean, wonderful bar.
Disliked: Restorant was underwhelming for the prices. No other alternatives nearby at the time.

Liked: Room was spacious and renovated. Hotel amenities were excellent. Staff was all really nice.
