Liked: This is the second time I have stayed there and already booked up again for next year, the staff were friendly rooms were clean and the location is perfect. Had buffet breakfast in the morning and it was excellent overall an excellent experience staying there 😊

Liked: Room was as expected for Amsterdam in the city: very small with steep stairs. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from and was tasty. Location was great for getting to Amsterdam Centraal Train Station, as well as other popular sites, such as museums and canal tours.
Disliked: The wifi password and username are incorrect on the sheet posted in the lobby. When we made a comment about this, they acknowledged it, but didn't do anything about changing it. Seems like a simple thing to do.

Liked: Great location for sightseeing.
Disliked: Lack of facilities in roomNo mirror in bedroom. Hair on floor. Fan not big/effective enough.Although we were aware there would be steep steps, and lots of steps. Stairs were too dangerous especially with luggage. Not a suitable family room.

Disliked: The room was tiny and extremely pokey. Bed small and bathroom was like a touring caravan wet room.
