Liked: The location was close to the bus and metro station, everything around with a walking distance, the staff especially Ann were very helpfull and welcoming. Very clean, the sheets and bed were comfortableThank you hotel Off Seine, for making our time fantastic

Disliked: Our air conditioning was barely working the first 2 days and just stopped working the last day. We eventually had to relocate our room on the last night of our stay because it was just too hot for us. The music from across the river makes it a challenge to sleep at night without wearing earplugs! Otherwise, we lived the hotel and the staff were outstanding!!!

Liked: I was upgraded to a river-view room which was nice. Overall, a good one night stay which I booked due to the proximity to the train station.
Disliked: I arrived at the hotel just before 9 pm and it took about 15 minutes for someone to attend to the front desk. There is a button to push, but apparently it isn't very effective. I enjoyed the room upgrade but don't understand why they didn't install a proper shower stall since there is plenty of room for it. Would make the bathroom a lot less of a wet mess.
