Disliked: the location was no good & there were no staffs available ,

We came at the wrong...

Liked: The location was good, self check in was quick and easy.
Disliked: We seemed to have gone at the worst time, the whole building was under renovations meaning that all the hallways were in ruins, there was dust from the Renovations around everywhere including in our room which caused my girlfriend to have bad allergies. They only gave us 1 pillow despite us putting 2 guests and there was no one there to ask for another. When the renovations are done im sure the hotel will be lovely, but we didn’t enjoy our stay at this time.

Unreliable host — Left Without...

Disliked: The property gave me the wrong check-in information and I found myself unable to access the room late in the evening. They did not reply to my requests for help and I had to find another emergency accommodation. Only after complaining through booking.com was I able to get my money back. This property has several bad reviews but I had been there twice before and it was ok, so I did not expect such disrespectful behavior. They have become unreliable hosts that I do not recommend.

Liked: Th toilet was clean.
Disliked: Very disappointing. It was very dark there in corridor. I have to use my mobile flash light to find my room. Bed was not extremely uncomfortable and standing on some kind of platform which was not stable. Curtain was too small for a window and transparent, not able to block any light. It was very hot during the night. I barely slept the while night. There was a lamp with no bulb in it, tv didn’t work. The only light in room was an old chandelier with so much light in a very small room.
