Liked: Comfy bed, stylish simplicity, friendly staff, great location. Amazing Covid-reduced rate
Disliked: No coffee makers in the rooms. No bathtub, maybe the pricier rooms have them, but the rain shower is great. The window to outside doesn't open.

Liked: cute concept but having a foot injury was a bit of a pain especially after the front door and elevators shut down after midnight . it?s contemporary style was cool but injured people should beware i felt like i was going in circles around the bed, until eventually we moved it against the wall who has by far the heaviest bed known to mankind !
Disliked: didn?t like the lighting , and dark carpets we def saw a few creepy crawlers .,, yuck! u had no fridge or microwave in room , ice is all the way downstairs

Great bargain in a fantastic...
Liked: Great location. Great building. Fantastic price. Mattress was comfortable. Industrial design vibe is cool.
Disliked: The AC was spectacularly loud, industrially loud, all night long. (I should have booked one of the ?quiet? rooms, I guess.) It didn?t bother my partner but I?m a light sleeper and I could hear it droning even through my earphones listening to music. Also, the pillows were ridiculously enormous and so, so uncomfortable. They look great in photos but it was like sleeping on a butterball turkey. Huge, high loft with little give. I had to resort to using a towel instead (also pretty damn uncomfortable as it turns out, but preferable). My partner also found them ridiculously huge but did not have as much of a problem as I did. Also?not really a complaint, but I feel like they are missing an opportunity to make the industrial minimalist chic design truly special somehow. Carpet was in really bad shape, and some pieces of little furniture In the room were truly junky (not supercool thrift finds high would have been awesome)...that was a surprise. The graffiti art in the hallway was a completely different aesthetic than the rest of the ?industrial chic? vibe. It was in some ways like staying at a very, very nice hostel. With a little more attention to detail and design consistency would really elevate Hotel Ocho and fully realize its potential. That said, it?s a pretty nice place to crash for the price.
