Liked: the room was clean and is as described. If you don’t plan on staying more than one night this a good place for a last minute trip.
Disliked: Service customer could definitely be improved. very cold welcoming. Feels like you’re bothering them and they rather be on their phone than to acknowledge your presence and properly do the check-in. This is not a 5 star hotel but doesn’t mean the staff should be lacking.

Liked: The location is excellent, but that's it.
Disliked: When I arrived, the lobby was crowded with people setting up for an event, and I was told bluntly to “come back at 4pm” — no courtesy at all.The room was in poor condition (see photos), the event noise continued past 1AM, and the WiFi didn’t work the next morning. At check-out, there was no greeting or interest in how my stay went.Service and room quality were far below what I’d expect from a 3-star hotel.

Liked: The staff were super friendly and very accommodating! Absolutely amazing location right on the corner of Spadina and Queen street west! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the huge stand up shower in the bathroom was heaven! Bar in the lobby was convenient and bartenders were super friendly! Can’t recommend this place enough!
