Nice clean rooms but if...

Liked: Nice people
Disliked: No lift and we were on top floor. Managed to move us to first floor after one night. They somehow forgot to clean our room on the third night so we asked Rachel to get us clean towels and left it at that. Shower was very weak.

Exceptional value for money

Liked: The hotel was exceptional value for money. It is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star feel. I travelled alone on business, the hotel was very quiet mid-week and the restaurant was closed on certain days. The breakfast was excellent.

Exceptional

Liked: Great location, great staff, great breakfast, staff even helped with luggage up the stairs to room. Bed Very comfortable, arrived late so missed out trying Evening meal. breakfast made up for it.

Good.

Liked: Everything was clean and lwell maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Disliked: TV could only show BBC channels. Not enough loo paper.
