Liked: right in front of the beach, in the middle of South Beach. Great location, great room and the hookah patio with live music makes it for the perfect outdoor space on Ocean drive!

Liked: Location was spit on. Beds were super comfy. Room and bathroom were big. Ines at the front desk was super , restaurant was also very good. We get a 20 percent discount

Liked: Location and size.
Disliked: Room given (210) was close to some machinery that made a lot of noise. In addition, the bathroom had a cristal door which let the light coming from the street through (as the window in the bathroom didn’t have a blind or a curtain) and we had to use towels to minimize the light coming in early in the morning. Also, the receptionist wouldn’t even look at your face while talking to you both in check in and check out. In my country, that’s not polite.

Liked: The location of the hotel is perfect, there are several restaurants nearby, the beach is right in front of the hotel, and it’s easy to catch a bus if you want to go to Downtown Miami. I really liked the location.
Disliked: The hotel is very overpriced for the quality they offer. For the price of this hotel, it’s honestly better to pay around $200 more for another hotel that has a pool, a king-size bed, a modern elevator that actually works (while I was at Ocean, the elevator broke twice and it’s so old it’s actually scary), and that at least provides water!It was my birthday, and I didn’t receive any kind of treat or attention. I was also celebrating my wedding anniversary and asked them to leave a handwritten note from me on the bed for my husband to read when we arrived together… and they didn’t make any effort to help me with that.Overall, it’s not a hotel I recommend or would return to. The only nice person on staff was a young woman who was very friendly!
