Liked: Very friendly host and staff. Nice location relatively close to Nymphenburg Palace, Olimpiapark, Theresienwiese, and the city centre with good options to use different types of public transport. Great small front yard with a lot of greenery where you can have breakfast/coffee. They offer an unlimited amount of free mineral water through the whole stay and in the afternoon free coffee with cake which was a very nice surprise. The room and bathroom were quite small but comfortable, the terrace was almost non-existent too. The breakfast was diverse and very delicious.
