Liked: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was great – very convenient and close to everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and overall the atmosphere made me feel very welcome. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to others.
Disliked: The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast – it was quite simple (mainly cereal, coffee, croissants with jam, bread, and apples). A bit more variety would make the experience even better.Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would be happy to return

Great location in Florence

Liked: This small hotel is close to the main train station and walking distance from all the touristic places in Florence. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and it's safe to walk around. The breakfast is simple but well appreciated since it's included. Excellent staff and great service!

Liked: Location, very close to Ferienz S M railway station, restaurant, walking to every major attraction.
Disliked: Room size, no refrigerator, and food choice at the time of breakfast, need more food option.

Liked: The property is what I expected. A well located typical relatively basic hotel well located between the station in Florence and significant attractions s du h as the cathedral and the galleries. The staff were lovely and friendly. I knew I was paying g for location
Disliked: I knew what I was booking staying in similar hotels before. However given the price for the booking the breakfast was much too basic.and not value for money. Similarly, given my past experience and having confirmed bags could be securely stored, I was surprised that bags were simply left in common areas near the front desk, despite there being two staff controlled rooms near that desk could have accommodated at least some bags. Eg improve tthe breakfast to appropriate standard for the price charged and take better better care of stored bags of your guests and all w or rations would be met
