Liked: Clean, decent breakfast and close to the port
Disliked: Parking came at an additional cost which I didn’t see on the booking

Liked: It was extremely clean and staff were so lovely and accommodating
Disliked: Squeaky floorboards in our room!

One of the few hotels...

Liked: Excellent location for stopping before boarding the ferry. Friendly and helpful staff, complimentary breakfast. There is a Local museum nearby. Bus stop really close to explore town and the best restaurant we were lucky to go to, recommended by the hotel reception staff. Is called El Kairo

GREAT if doing Santander Airport....

Liked: Everyone knows. The staff here is the BIG draw. Excellent. Rooms? FINE, for me. BED wow, narrow, but ok.CleanGREAT complimentary am coffee (and breakfast). I am not into cold cuts, but there is yogurt. Almost soundproof. Good shower. Hey! This is basically a stay for Santander departures/arrivals...but very GOOD for that. There ARE plenty of restaurants around if you are using this for a base to explore area...the DUNES PARQUE in Boo is nice..
Disliked: I am small. I wish I got a queen bed. Thought I asked. The twin was small for me...which is pretty small.

Exceptional

Liked: The gentleman on reception was lovely. Very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, clean, large and comfortable. Only stayed one night but would definitely use again.
Disliked: There were no negatives with this hotel, all excellent

Very cheap for what you...

Liked: Inexpensive and functional. Very clean and staff were as helpful as possible given language barrier
Disliked: Strange layout of room
