I would definitely come back.

Liked: Property was very clean, people at front desk were nice and helpful. Food was good aswell, would definitely recommend to anybody staying in Puebla.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.

Average hotel

Liked: Location was excellent everything was in walking distance. Average hotel, clean and comfortable. In room safe and desk.
Disliked: Aircon was very noisy.

Liked: Location is good. It’s new - so facilities look good.
Disliked: The room I booked says “city view”, but there’s nothing, except the windows of the building across the street.

Liked: the most comfortable hotel i stayed in during a month in Mexico. definitely recommend.
Disliked: would have liked a fridge!

Liked: Perfect location. The rooms feel modern and nice, beds are comfortable and the rooftop is a jewel.
Disliked: There is a restaurant nearby with really loud music, but use some earplugs and it is fine.

Our stay was pleasant.

Liked: Friendly staff. Close to Zócalo.
Disliked: I would had rather had an extra pillow instead of a single one. But I’m pretty sure that the staff would had accommodate my preferences if I had requested one. There was no tissues provided or bottle waters.
