DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Disliked: The check-in time is from 15:00 until 23:00 sharp. If you arrive at the hotel ANY other time, you will simply be left outside, regardless of having a (pre)paid room or not. There are no employees at the hotel to assist you from 23:01-14:59. Not even to store your luggage. Also the employees do not speak English.

Pleasant

Liked: Good for a short stay, close to the station.
Disliked: Unfortunately the shower had only cold water, it was unbearable. Warm water was only available when the shower pressure was on the minimal possible level. It made the showering experience extremely uncomfortable.

Very poor

Liked: The receptionists were quite friendly and took down my input. its also in a pretty ideal location to travel around Berlin.
Disliked: The room looked like it needed some repairs on the faucets, heating (it was cold outside but still took a few hours for the room to heat up enough to take off the jacket and or hoodie), shower stands (were gone), the countertop in the bathroom was also damaged and lighting in the bathroom (took 20+ seconds to come on). Also, the wifi was so slow even after they restarted the router that it couldn't load reels/texts so I just stayed on my phone dataAlso after contacting the hotel, I was informed that the desk is manned only from 3-11 pm. I thought that was a bit strange as in their elevator they still advertised 24-hour receptionists? and I also saw people had said they had lost their key to the hotel and they then were locked outside until 3 pm. It was also quite noisy and I kept waking up from the trains on the line or from neighbours. when I finally fell asleep the blinds did very little to reduce the light in the room + the constant noise from the fridge and heating didn't help. I ended up leaving after the second night in the afternoon.
