This charming little hotel is conveniently located in the historic center of Bruges. It is near the Cathedral Saint Salviors the main museums (Gruuthuse Groeninge Memlinc and Old Hospital Saint John) the Market Square and the main shopping streets (Steenstraat). Unable to find staff. Room...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Lack of greeting upon arrival. Room was cold. Little communication with anyone. Layout of room is poor. Step into bathroom is awkward. Shower is basically in the bedroom. No privacy. Refused to refund second night despite lack of heat and communication. Nearby hotel much nicer with wonderful staff.

Quaint hotel right in the...

Liked: The place is literally in the center if Brugge! You won’t have to take a taxi or metro for all the main attractions, location is definitely a 10/10. And the hotel is in a building right next to a great hot chocolate place!
Disliked: There’s no elevator and the stairs are pretty narrow. Just keep that in mind in case you are traveling with large luggage. Besides from that everything was great.
