Comfortable stay in cozy hotel

Liked: The hotel is in perfect location as its away from the noisy centre and main road but is very close to the main sights via walking or by public transport. Buses and trams very close to hotel. Area is safe and has plenty of cafes and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and speak English. Hotel very accommodating as they store luggage for those who have late flights.
Disliked: NOT the hotels fault but beware the mosquitoes getting into the hotel and the fact that other customers were rather noisy when coming back from night out. Rooms are small and you can hear others in their rooms. No lift in hotel but staff are helpful and willing to help with bags.

Liked: I recently stayed at this hotel during my visit to Bordeaux and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well-equipped bathroom.Overall, this hotel was a perfect base for exploring Bordeaux. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region.

Excellent staff, charming Hotel, perfect...

Liked: The staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is charming in a lovely old building and perfectly located in Chartrons, also close to the river, the jardins, and the centre.Rooms are clean, beds comfy, breakfast is v reasonable with a wide range of choices and the dining room spacious and nicely decorated at street level.The rooms are modestly priced but the hotel provides a 5 star service.
Disliked: Some people might find the stairs a bit steep and there’s no lift-it was fine for us, and the staff made us aware of it in advance. Our rooms were at the back so very quiet, but another couple of friends had a room at the front so they could hear sounds from the street but the area certainly wasn’t rowdy or overcrowded.
