Hotel Not Hotel Rotterdam

It was worth staying there....

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Great stay. Everything was as expected / hoped for, and it's a great location for exploring Rotterdam plus catching the train.
Disliked: We asked in advance for twin beds and received a confirmation message from the hotel saying it had been arranged, but when we got there they said they didn't have twin beds.

Bed bugs in the room...

Disliked: There were tons of bed bugs in the room. Tons. It was absolutely infested.During the day we didn’t notice them, but at night — they were everywhere.They were crawling in the carpet (which also covered the walls, stairs, and floor), so it’s very hard to believe this hadn’t been noticed before. The infestation was massive — bugs of all sizes, in huge numbers.We’re grateful to the staff for moving us to a better room on a different floor free of charge.However, it felt like they were already aware of the situation. With this level of infestation, it's almost impossible not to be.In the new room we didn’t see any bugs, but unfortunately, they had already crawled into our belongings.We had to unpack and go through every single item multiple times — it took us half the night. We didn’t get any sleep.Now we’re still checking our things every day, afraid of bringing them home.It was a very stressful and exhausting experience.

Liked: We love everything here room facility decoration location and very friendly staff. Big room big bed with aircondition. Big common space we can sit relax waiting for our departure bus. (It’s rain and cold outside)
