Disgrace

Liked: Was charged extra I wasn’t even stayed there WILL never ever use your application again it’s a disgrace I’m a single father and every dollar matter yet you find it ok to charge my bank 250 aust dollars for room I didn’t use
Disliked: No hot water

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE...

Liked: Had the most un enjoyable stay i had booked to stay for 2nights was so disappointed we only stayed 1 night nd checked out a night early 😬Not to mention the roof had the biggest water stains and black mould
Disliked: The room was filthy dirty to the point before using the shower i had to scrub with disinfectant.There was dirt marks all over the walls the roof the toiletThe curtainsI also had turned the heater/air-conditioning on and when woke up there was a massive water puddle on the floor

Disliked: Hygiene and cleanliness alao standard of my linen was not up to standard. In fact my bed smelt !

Liked: The food was satisfactory
Disliked: Staff were rude room smelt of smoke the aircon continually dript water inside the room and the bed sheets had stains on them won't go back there ever Was charged an additional $40 for parking for the two day stay

Very poor

Disliked: Very dated. Bed was like sleeping on a play board. Shower rail falling off wall. All finishings on cupboards either cracking or bubbling. Stained towels. Dirty tiles and carpet. Had a horrible stale smell. We had to stop looking. Definitely not worth $250 per night
