Liked: Close to everything awesome staff. Been coming here for over 41 years. Still great value. Free drink and meal included from their restaurant. Awesome staff. So friendly

Liked: The 2x Chinese fried rice/noodle combination rocked (so did your cooks and staff
Disliked: There was no free car parks most of the time, I tried over and over again with the underground car parks but it was always full. I parked on that vacant lot next door to have a letter left on my car saying that we will get a ticketIf we park there.

Liked: Great location. Big room with a really comfortable bed.

Disgrace

Liked: Was charged extra I wasn’t even stayed there WILL never ever use your application again it’s a disgrace I’m a single father and every dollar matter yet you find it ok to charge my bank 250 aust dollars for room I didn’t use

Liked: Had the most un enjoyable stay i had booked to stay for 2nights was so disappointed we only stayed 1 night nd checked out a night early
Disliked: The room was filthy dirty to the point before using the shower i had to scrub with disinfectant.There was dirt marks all over the walls the roof the toiletThe curtainsI also had turned the heater/air-conditioning on and when woke up there was a massive water puddle on the floor

Disliked: Hygiene and cleanliness alao standard of my linen was not up to standard. In fact my bed smelt !

Disliked: Staff were rude room smelt of smoke the aircon continually dript water inside the room and the bed sheets had stains on them won't go back there ever Was charged an additional $40 for parking for the two day stay
