Beautiful, clean facility and friendly...

Liked: The room was big and clean. The restaurant food was delicious.
Disliked: When we got home an additional $4 charge was on our credit card. We can only assume it was for two bottles of water in the fridge which we thought was either complimentary or left by another guest. There was nothing in or near the fridge to indicate there was a charge. We had lots of water in our car and would have gone back out to get it had we known there was a charge for the the two we drank. But lesson learned, when in doubt call the front desk but We they should have a price list on the fridge. If there was something there to indicate the charge, it wasn’t obvious.

Always a pleasant stay

Liked: Room was clean. Although the first room that was assigned to us wasn't cleaned so they assigned us a different one.
Disliked: Quite satisfied

Disliked: It was Christmas eve and the man at desk when my bus finally got there after 5 hours and exhausted wouldn't let me stay without a credit card but I paid with my card and stayed there before , they will take a 2-300$ deposit if you do not have a credit card on which u did but only the virtual in my phone wallet which is acceptable anywhere else...He was just giving me a hard time and on Christmas eve was just unethical in my opinion... and I'm a genius member so obviously I have alot if experience staying at hotels...this was wrong , rude but I just left I was too tired to even bother because I could tell by his vibe from the second I walked in it was all around negative experience.
