Liked: At the second Day, there was very noise, according employees, the owner decided to make some repairs no matter the noiseaffected the customers. So, I decided to leave from the hotel
Disliked: Pay attention to customers necesities, more care of them

Liked: The only good thing were the cleaning people doing their best under the current hotel conditions.
Disliked: Hotel Normandie is a combination of a hotel and a swing space that we just realized upon arrival. We booked 9 rooms for 16 people for our presentation nearby and we had an awful experience. Drunk people coming at night, our toilet was leaking underneath and smelling like urine, bedlinens were often dirty, and people often felt unsafe to be at the hotel entrance at night with other questionable people coming in. Attention was also rude.

Liked: The bed was very large and the staff were friendly and available to help.
Disliked: The first room we got had dead cockroaches all over the bathroom floor (they said it was due to fumigations done over the last days) which was not promising for the cleanliness of the hotel. They did change us to another room and said they would clean it before we entered but we found a sock that did not belong to us. The Wi-Fi was patchy and sometimes did not work properly. The room did not have any air conditioning. The water was only available as cold pressure. It was very noisy since it was near traffic even with the windows shut!

Liked: It was nice to get out for an evening and stay in a different area of the city.
Disliked: We booked this room because of the hot tub. Having just finished a long walking competition, we wanted to soak. The faucet is from a sink and it's slow rate combined with the barely warm water temperature means a cold bath.
