Love the pool

Liked: An extremely well presented and designed hotel with the comfort of guests at the forefront of its design in a relaxed and beautifully crafted atmosphere.The staff are excellent and are there in the background should you need them and extremely professional and reassuring should you need any advice.The upgrade to a suite was very much appreciated as our trip was a celebration.

It was a short stay...

Liked: The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. We were late to check in and manwell was so lovely and welcoming.

Would definitely stay at this...

Liked: Location was close to the train station, eateries and historic sections. A nice variety of foods for breakfast. Staff was helpful. Top floor suite had sky lights with options to control brightness.
Disliked: Hot water never got hot enough. Lousy workmanship on tiles in bathroom. Tub was very large but not as comfortable as it looked.
