Friendly staff and great location

Liked: Amazing and very friendly staff, hotel located in the heart of Copenhagen. A few parking spots available in the hotel for a fee.

Passable

Liked: The staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate our needs. The location was very convenient, close to a metro station (10 min. Walking).
Disliked: I found the room very uncomfortable during the night due to excessive heat. There was no air-conditioning or proper ventilation, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant, odd odor that lingered throughout my stay. Unfortunately, this affected the overall quality of the experience

Would stay here again, but...

Liked: I loved this small hotel. My room was clean and a decent size, it had everything I needed and more (kettle, teabags, corkscrew, 2 bottles of water and 2 bottles of beer, hairdryer, fridge...) The rooftop terrace was also very pleasant. Not far from main metro and bus station and close to many sites and restaurants, including a street food area.
Disliked: I should have asked for a back room. My room overlooked a main road which was noisy till late at night (and the window had to be open due to the heat). The floor fan provided in the room was also quite noisy but it helped block out the street noise. So the first couple of nights I couldn't sleep. The remaining days I must have been either too tired or just used to the floor fan sound. Also the distance from the metro station can be difficult if you have big, heavy bags.
