Hotel NOIR is located just a10-minute walk from Prague's Wenceslas Square and the National Museum. A lobby bar offers a variety of soft and alcoholic drinks. Free WiFi is available. Rooms are decorated in black and white with red carpets and designer furniture. Each has soundproofed windows air conditioning and a mini-bar. The bathrooms have gray slate tiles and white fittings. Liked: Big room, comfortable beds, big airco, good location. The breakfast was not huge variety, on the other hand everything was well selected and made. Only tasty choices!
Disliked: Sometimes the noise of the street can come in.

Good, could’ve been better.

Liked: Reception staff were the best part of the whole stay. They were very helpful, specifically Lisa and Alex.
Disliked: Occasional bug appears on bed. First morning, I told housekeeping in English, “please give me 5 minutes and I’ll be out of here”, she just left and never came back. Granted, she did come the next day, but still.. Beyond that, the worst part was the AC unit, it was broken. First day the temperature was unbearable, woke up sweating many times. AC unit got fixed but wasn’t working perfectly still after. Nevertheless, they tried to help me as much as they could. Some issues are beyond repair from staff, it’s managements problem. Lack of funding, and care etc.
