Disappointing

Liked: Dirty bedding and not deluxe room
Disliked: Stained sheet and was informed deluxe room

Excellent, one of the best...

Liked: Friendly staff. Big clean room with good facilities. Good location
Disliked: Litterally the only negative was the room above me had very creaky floors, but I’m nitpicking because it’s the only negative.

Great hotel if you going...

Liked: Stayed before. Lovely rooms comfy bed. Room we had this time didn't have a great view from window as was facing back of hotel. Everything met our expectations, staff was polite and cheerful.
Disliked: Only thing was the view but I can understand it's not something you can change.
