Liked: Location was good near trams and the Metro and the museum quarter. Beds were comfortable everything was kept tiptop, and the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful.
Disliked: A very shallow toilet bowl. The room was a bit on the small size, but that is often the case in Europe and it was nothing smaller than one might expect in a major city.

Top marks for location, cleanliness...

Liked: Spotlessly clean. Great location and the breakfasts were excellent. In fact we ended up having breakfast there every morning of our stay.All staff happy and helpful. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: The only downside is that the rooms are on the small side however this is normal for Amsterdam so be aware. We didn’t spend much time in the room anyway so this is a very picky downside.
