Liked: Location. Very clean and friendly staff. Parking Garage was right across the street and free. Awesome Place. Would definitely recommend.

Liked: We thought the room was really nice; very clean. We really liked the overall appearance of the hotel. The staff was very friendly.

Liked: I had a wonderful time staying at the nickel plate hotel, the staff was a big reason for why it was so wonderful. They were so nice and cheerful and always made me smile when talking to them. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and plan to stay here again.
Disliked: There wasn't anything during my stay that I didn't like about the hotel.

Our favorite Indy-area hotel!

Liked: Beautiful rooms, comfortable bed, sofa & chair. Clean!!! Amazing, well-trained (no pun intended!) staff.

Disliked: Rooms were so dark need better light around drawer and desk area. Went down for breakfast waiter sat me at a sticky/dirty table! Sat at bar for a drink was asked to leave st 11:01 pm!!
