the staff was not adequate...

Liked: a) The bed's matress was quite comfy.b) The rainforst-like shower was very pleasant!c) given I had to work at the meta MPK office the location was great for me but keep in mind this is a double edged sword: There is NOTHING else!
Disliked: a) When checking in, the receptionist gave me the impression I was more of a bother. She didnt explain me anything about the place eitherb) I wanted to order room service at 6pm and I had to make 5 calls to do so. Most of the time I got routed to the public automated hotline. I called the general reception and got the same treatment as with checkin.I finally did order and while pricey but ok. (I'd not recommend it)c) But what really got me was that housekeeping kept knocking on my door at 11pm for ~10min to deliver towls. I had to wake up and answer the door and they didnt even apologize for waking me.(Call me old-school but I dont harass ppl in the middle of night :D)
